Wire shelves and posts has made from AISI 304 graded stainless steel. 18/8. Mainframe wires are Ø5,8 mm and cross wires are Ø3,5 mm. the zig-zags between mainframe, are Ø4,5 mm. On 4 corners of shelves, Ø32 mm diameter – 2,00 mm thickness conical parts are welding. Spot welding on wires, Mig welding on conical parts welding. All shelf frames has Ø5,8 mm wire reinforcements. Shelves and posts are applying to electropolishing process to prevent the corrossion. Posts are Ø25 mm diameter, 1,5 mm thickness and has grooves in every 25 mm. Polyamid plugs are mounting top of posts and adjustment bolts to bottom. the mounting of shelves to posts, making with after connection of polyamid clamps to post’s numbered grooves. Then it being inside to shelf’s conical parts and tightening it. Optimum carry capacity is 200 kg / shelf. Maximum loading limit is 350 kg / shelf. Suitable for all conditions usage.
