Suitable for all commercial dishwashers in large kitchens, restaurants, slaughterhouses, etc. For cleaning alkali-resistant tableware, stainless steel, heat-resistant plastic and porcelain with stable decor. Contains complexing agents that counteract limescale deposits in the machine. Not suitable for aluminium. Is added to the wash water via a dosing system. Normal dosage: 1-3 grams per litre. Can be increased to 4-6 grams for very hard water. Do not use on alkali-sensitive surfaces. May develop toxic gases in contact with acid. Store frost-free. pH value in concentrate approx. 13.8.
